With over 15 years of global experience, I support individuals and teams in navigating stress, complex transitions, and the challenges of high-pressure environments through embodied practices, mindfulness, and resilience-building techniques.    

I have worked extensively with diverse groups — from wellness seekers to professionals recovering from burnout — providing practical tools that foster emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and sustainable well-being.

My approach bridges body and mind integration with evidence-based strategies for mental health, resilience, engagement and human sustainability.
